Osceola Mill House Bed & Breakfast Terms and Conditions
Policies:
- All rates are based on double occupancy
- The Carriage House alone can accommodate additional persons (maximum of five people) at $30 per person per night
- Two-night minimum stay is required in the Carriage House at all times
- A two-night minimum stay is required for certain holidays and other busy travel times. Call for more information.
- Children under 15 are permitted in the Carriage House only.
- Pets are not permitted. Guests with service animals should call to reserve.
- Smoking permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
- Check-in time: after 3:00 pm – until 8:00 pm, or by special arrangement. Please call ahead. Check-out by 10:30 am
Deposits:
To guarantee your reservation, we require payment of one night’s rate for each room reserved.
Cancellation Policy:
A full refund will be given, less a $35.00 cancellation processing fee, for each room canceled, if notice of the cancellation is given two full weeks prior to the original arrival date. If the reservation is canceled less than two weeks before the original arrival date, a full refund, less the $35.00 cancellation processing fee will only be given if the reserved room or rooms can be re-booked. Otherwise, the entire deposited amount is forfeited.
Early departures are subject to cancellation policies and full payment is required. We cannot accept cancellations by email. If you must cancel, please call the Mill House directly.
All cancellation policies apply to no shows. Your credit card will be charged for all nights reserved.
